Born and raised in Northern California, Monica’s wide variety of life and career experiences, along with her enthusiasm, will ensure you feel well taken care of. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Cross-Cultural and Multilingual Elementary Education, subsequently earning national board certification as a pharmacy technician.

As a proud mother of two children and military spouse of 22 years, she now resides in the Beavercreek area. Being a fluent Spanish speaker who has lived in multiple places, she enjoys assisting those who may encounter a Spanish-English language barrier in learning about personalized hearing health solutions. Realizing sounds enrich our loves in so many ways, community service is a vital goal which Monica enthusiastically pursues.

During free time, she loves cheering on her children at their sporting events and watching true crime shows.
