Maze Hearing and Dr. Heather Smith Promote American Heart Month and National Wear Red Day Heather Smith, Doctor of Audiology, is joining the Better Hearing Institute (BHI); the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI); and the American Heart Association (AHA) in promoting American Heart Month in February and National Wear Red Day on February 3, 2012.

Dr. Smith and Maze Hearing want to raise awareness of the threat that heart disease poses and of the connection between cardiovascular health and hearing health. Dr. Smith is urging people with heart disease to get their hearing checked. In order to facilitate this, she is offering free hearing screenings on Friday February 3rd, 2012, in her Bellefontaine office. Screenings will be offered from noon till 4pm and can be scheduled by calling 937-592-1001.
