Heather Maze Smith, Au.D. Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Smith graduated with her Master’s degree from Ohio University in 1990. She later obtained a doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus and dizziness in adults. Her private practice includes offices in Bellefontaine, Marysville and Russells Point. Dr. Smith has successfully helped hundreds of individuals in the area to improve their quality of life by improving their hearing and relieving their tinnitus and dizziness.
Erin Tarney, Au.D. Doctor of Audiology
Erin Tarney received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from Ohio State University in 2010, and recently graduated with her Doctorate in Audiology from Ohio State University in 2014. She is passionate about working with individuals who have hearing loss through the fitting of hearing aids and aural rehabilitation. Erin specializes in diagnostics for both adult and pediatric populations. She also enjoys working with patients who have tinnitus. Erin is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology.
When Erin is not practicing audiology, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Erin and her husband, Ben, are Buckeyes through and through and love to attend OSU football and basketball games. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and swimming.
Front Office Staff
Tiffanee has worked for a number of years in customer service and patient care. She was born and raised in Bellefontaine and is married with one daughter. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, going on walks,
and shopping. Tiffanee works in the Bellefontaine office and is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. She is looking forward to meeting you and assisting you with all of your needs.

Rosie Erdy has worked in the medical field for over 30 years & for Dr. Smith in the Marysville office since October 2012. She is married to Ed Erdy and they live in northwestern Delaware County. They are the parents of three grown children and have five grandchildren. Rosie enjoys cooking, baking, quilting, gardening, wine & chocolate, as well as camping with her family.
